How long is a managed service contract for?

If we are managing your day-to-day IT operations, we draft up monthly service level agreements (SLAs) with our clients. If we are working on a specific, short-term project – then we the contract will cover the time it requires us to complete the project.

Do we make on-site visits to your office?

Absolutely! As a local managed service provider, we dispatch our engineers and technicians to make on-site visits, if we cannot resolve it remotely. We try to build an infrastructure that will make sure that your IT issues can be handled rapidly and remotely. If we cannot solve them remotely, our technicians and engineers will make an onsite visit.

What is your response time?

We try to resolve issues as soon as possible. Our help desk is always available and depending on the severity of the issue a client is facing, we ensure fast response times. Our goal is to meet your IT needs and build a proactive, robust and smart IT infrastructure that will minimize disruptions and downtime.

What if we already have an internal IT department?

Of course. We have worked with numerous internal IT departments on a project-bases or in managing day-to-day operations. We work well with others, we promise.
